Refund & Returns Policy

At Gofor99.com, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return, replacement, or refund as per the policy below.

1. Products Eligible for Return / Replacement / Refund

  • Jewelry & Fashion Accessories: Earrings, studs, hoops, drop earrings, jhumkas — returnable within 10 days of delivery.

Note: Always check the product page for specific return eligibility. The product page policy overrides this general policy.

2. Conditions for Return / Replacement

Products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Have intact quality/warranty seals (if applicable)

  • Be returned with a readable serial number (if applicable)

Returns / replacements will be refused if:

  • Product is damaged after delivery

  • Product shows signs of use, washing, or tampering

  • Product is missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Product is different from what was shipped

The Replaced / Exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 days .Replacement/ Exchange  is subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

3. How to Request a Return / Replacement

  1. Log in to your Gofor99.com account → go to Order History.

  2. Select the order and the product to return or replace.

  3. Fill out the return/replacement request form and submit.

Our team will verify the request and provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed & Credited within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

  • Refund modes:

    • Prepaid Orders: Original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): NEFT/UPI to the bank account provided by the customer

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will replace it immediately or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Cancel prepaid orders via your account. Refunds processed within 4–5 days.

  • After Dispatch: Contact our support team; cancellation may be processed once the product is returned.

Order Cancellation by Gofor99:
In rare cases (out of stock, incorrect pricing, address issues, or other unforeseen reasons), Gofor99 may cancel the order. Prepaid amounts will be refunded within 4–5 days.

7. Receiving Shipments

  • Check that packaging is not damaged or tampered before accepting delivery.

  • If the package is damaged, refuse delivery. Refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
